What This Is
sejbosejbo.fyi is a hobby project for anonymously uploading and voting on things that are, officially, Sejbosejbo. It isn't a company and comes with no guarantees of uptime, permanence, or anything else.
Your Content
You keep whatever rights you have to what you upload. By submitting it, you give us permission to host, display, and distribute it publicly on the site and app for as long as it stays up. You're solely responsible for what you upload - don't submit anything illegal, anything you don't have the right to share, or anything meant to harass, threaten, or abuse someone. We can remove any upload, for any reason, without notice - see our Privacy Policy for how to report a post or request something be taken down.
Tips
In-app tipping isn't turned on yet. When it is: tips are voluntary and non-refundable except where a store's own policy or the law requires otherwise. Payment is handled entirely by Apple, Google Play, or Stripe - we never see your card details, and a tip doesn't buy any feature, product, or guarantee beyond our thanks.
No Warranty
The site and app are provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee they'll be available, error-free, or around forever - it's a hobby project.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or app, including anything another user uploaded.
Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use the site or app.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top always reflects the last change.
